🕒 Our Opening Hours & Funding

We offer both 15-hour and 30-hour funded places. Our standard funded sessions run during the following times:

• Morning Session: 08:30 – 11:30

• Afternoon Session: 12:30 – 15:30

🍽️ Lunch Provision

Because our full school day runs from 08:30 to 15:30, we bridge the gap between sessions with our dedicated Lunch Provision hour from 11:30 – 12:30. This ensures continuous care and social development during mealtimes.

• Please note: Funding only covers core session hours. Lunch provision is not included in either the 15-hour or 30-hour funding and is a payable extra for any full days your child attends.

• Lunch provision is available at the low cost of £5.50 per day.

Choose Your Attendance Option

Option A: 30-Hour Places (Full-Time)

• Days: Monday to Friday (Every day of the week)

• Times: 08:30 – 15:30

• How it works: This option uses your 30 funded hours to cover all morning and afternoon sessions across the week.

• Lunch cost: Because your child attends full-time, there are 5 days of lunch provision to fund (£5.50 per day).

• ⚠️ Important: You must remember to renew your 30-hour code each term to maintain your funded place.

Option B: 15-Hour Places (Part-Time)

If you choose a 15-hour place, you can choose one of two fixed options:

• Option 1 (Start of Week): * Monday (All day: 08:30 – 15:30)

  • Tuesday (All day: 08:30 – 15:30)

  • Wednesday Morning (08:30 – 11:30)

  • Lunch Cost: There are 2 days of lunch provision to fund (payable at £5.50 per day for Monday and Tuesday).

• Option 2 (End of Week): * Wednesday Afternoon (12:30 – 15:30)

  • Thursday (All day: 08:30 – 15:30)

  • Friday (All day: 08:30 – 15:30)

  • Lunch Cost: There are 2 days of lunch provision to fund (payable at £5.50 per day for Thursday and Friday).

☀️ Wraparound & Holiday Care

For families needing extra flexibility or care all year round, we provide brilliant on-site options:

• Before School Club: Starts at 07:45 | £6 per day

• After School Care: Runs until 17:30 | £12 per day

• Holiday Care: We work in partnership with Kids Club Calverley to run holiday clubs right here on-site, perfect for parents needing year-round childcare.
